Bomb Moto offers a limited 3-month warranty on chassis/motors and 6-month warranty on batteries.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty Start Date is the date item was shipped to customer. Warranty is not transferable, and thus is a right of the original purchaser of
goods from Bomb Moto LLC.

Customer acknowledges warranty coverage is generally to cover manufacturers delivery of a product in order, not to cover accidents or misuse of any product.

Frames are covered under a three (3) month warranty for failure due to defect or manufacturer error that effects safety.

Brake calipers, master cylinders and hoses are covered for three (3) months for any failure or defect due to manufacturer error. Brake pads or accidents that damage braking system are not covered.

Seat, pedals, suspension, plastics, and wheels (not tires) are covered for three (3) months for any failure or defect due to manufacturer error.

Motor is covered for 30 days due to the DIY nature of the chassis. Any coverage is subject to review by the motor manufacturer. Any modification that pushes the B1 motor beyond 2.5kw nominal/5kw peak power for a period of more than 20 seconds will not be covered. Any modification that pushes the B2 motor beyond 10.8kw peak power and 150a @ 72V for a period of more than 20 seconds will not be covered. Documentation and supporting photos will be required for any motor claim. Customers agree that any warranty is actually covered by the initial manufacturers review and sole discretion as to any motor claim. Motors that have been run at prolonged higher tunes, accidents, modification or that have been subject to water are not covered. Customer agrees to use motor only within these conditions and limits and that warranty coverage is not provided otherwise.

Bolts, screws, and springs that are missing or damaged during transit are covered under warranty and will be replaced.

Batteries that have been adjusted, abused, not secured or modified in any way will not be covered. Always operate within the parameters
of any Bomb Moto battery as described on website and product label. Batteries are lithium ion and not waterproof. Damage done by water or accidents will not be covered.

Description of items not covered under warranty

- Tires, brake pads and other items that experience normal wear and tear.

- Minor wear and tear or other damaged or failures not caused by manufacturer.

- B1 Motor, if made to exceed 2.5kw nominal/5kw peak power for a period of more than 20 seconds.

- B2 Motor, if made to exceed 10.8kw peak power for a period of more than 20 seconds.

- Any damaged/missing items that are not related to manufacturer error are not covered by warranty (i.e. damage done by customer modification).

- Minor scratches and discoloration from shipping is not covered by warranty. Customer acknowledges global travel in local delivery creates situations and exposure to some damage during travel.

We will create a claim and reach out to request photos, dates and other information to assist you in the process. Customer acknowledges that any approved replacement parts may have to be sourced from overseas which can take several weeks.

Labor associated with any repair/replacement is not covered.
